Limited Warranty – Manufacturing Defects

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use, including defects in:

• Club heads
• Shafts
• Grips
• Club assembly or workmanship

If a product is determined to have a qualifying manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product or affected component.

Warranty Period

Our junior golf clubs are covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, paint wear, cosmetic blemishes, or other cosmetic damage
• Accidental damage
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by hitting rocks, hard objects, or other objects not intended for golf play
• Improper use, storage, or care
• Alterations or modifications to the club
• Damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized service provider
• Damage caused by normal use that does not result from a manufacturing defect

Because golf clubs are sporting equipment, normal wear from playing and practicing golf is not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@zenstrikegolf.com and provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The name of the purchaser
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the suspected defect
• Photos of the golf club, including the club head, shaft, and grip, when applicable

We may request that the product be returned for inspection before determining whether the issue is covered under this warranty.

If the product is determined to have a qualifying manufacturing defect, we will provide instructions for the repair or replacement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
