How Maximus (12) and Trinity (14) turned a practice drill into ZenStrike Golf.

Chapter one

How it Got Started!

Two years ago, we watched the world’s top-ranked golfer preparing for a tournament. He was warming up with a club fitted with a molded training grip—locking in his hand placement and building muscle memory, rep after rep.

“Every golfer on earth should be doing that. Muscle memory is everything.”

That hit home for both of us. As junior golfers we knew how frustrating the game can be. Most clubs for kids are either cheap plastic toys that break immediately, or heavy adult clubs cut short that strain small joints and force bad habits.

Even worse, children are handed slippery, generic grips and expected to figure out the hardest part of the game — proper hand placement — entirely on their own.

Chapter two

Flying to China and building the clubs

We told our dad we wanted to fix it. We did not just want to sketch an idea — we wanted to manufacture real, high-performance equipment for kids.

We travelled to China alongside our dad, toured golf manufacturing foundries, evaluated grip materials and met with clubhead engineers. ZenStrike was built around three non-negotiables.

The 7-Iron Graduation Grip

A tour-inspired form grip on the 7-iron — the primary teaching club — so kids build correct hand placement automatically, paired with standard grips on the rest of the set.

Free Regrip

When a child masters that muscle memory, we replace their 7-iron grip with a standard tour grip for free. No deadline, no fine print. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Proportional sizing

Both the 4-club Sunday bags and the 6-club stand bags come in Small, Medium and Large, so every junior golfer gets clubs matched to their height and swing tempo.

Chapter three

Our First Tee Promise

From our very first conversation, Trinity and I knew ZenStrike had to stand for something bigger than selling clubs. Every kid deserves access to well-maintained courses and practice facilities.
